It’s funny how we can so easily tell ourselves that I’ll go after my dreams when I'm more confident. Do you think that maybe believing in yourself and thinking positive thoughts will help you feel happier and even influence your life positively? But here’s another factor you might not have considered, what if it had more to do with your mind. 

Did you know that developing focus, creativity, and sharpness will help you feel happier and even more blessed in your life?

Those who are more positive and happy tend to notice opportunities more because they are less stressed. And by the same token, you could see even more opportunities because if you’re expecting positive results, your mind will begin to look for positive results to prove you right.

When you overload your minds with negative thoughts, the outcome could leave you feeling groggy and easily distracted. It will feel difficult or impossible to exert the necessary discipline to change your thinking and life. 

So how do you boost your mind to feel happier and even more blessed in your life? 

I’m a big believer that your thoughts create your life. Another critical point is taking care of your mind with sleep, meditation, and proper nutrition. As soon as I begin not to make these things a priority in my life, it creates a ripple effect. 

This bit of self-care allows you to show up as a happier person. At the same time, you feel more focused. You feel more present and patient with yourself and all the beautiful blessings you have in your life.

What does all of this have to do with believing in yourself and thinking positive thoughts? 

I know what you’re thinking; how does any of this have to do with going after your dreams, having more confidence, believing in yourself, and thinking positive thoughts? 

Our minds are so mighty; if you truly accept and believe that your thoughts create everything in your life, you’ll begin to see that you have the power to create your happiness. 

You hold power to look for the positive, even in the negative.

Why do you find yourself in similar situations? It may be because you have more to learn from that lesson. What else do you need to get from the teachings you haven’t gotten? 

I’ve had plenty of aha moments when I’ve realized that I’ve had similar situations show up in my life really close together. I’m like, ahh, guess I didn’t get it the first time.
