This month it's time to turn my focus toward resetting to a healthy lifestyle. Not that I’ve gotten crazy off track, but I can tell my creative wheelhouse, my energy level, and focus are not at their normal levels.
It’s funny how simple it is to get off track and how simple it is to get back on track with a little awareness.
Here are the things that I’m doing to bring my awareness back to a healthy lifestyle.

It boils down to this, what gets measured gets improved. It causes us to pay attention.
The problem is, it takes a bit of time to keep track of healthy habits. Something we do not feel like doing this.
If you’ve read The Slight Edge you know it is just as easy to do something as it is not to do something.
Do you feel any guilt if you actually do the thing?
I’m sure you’re with me on this one, no we do not feel guilty if we do the thing. It’s when we don’t do the thing that takes up more mental energy.

Laying it all out in Notion allows me to keep tabs on my progress on my reset. Cause it bears repeating what you track improves. Plus, I’m in love with Notion and its flexibility.

To explain, Eat Veggies has a good goal of 2 servings, better 3 servings, and the best 4 servings. Even if I reach my good goal I’ll get to check off the box.
Inside each habit is another checklist of which level of goal I reached.
